La Maison Lido: our dependance.
Finally in the summer of 2015 “la Maison Lido” became part of the property Hotels Tombari, a new residence for our guests.
La Maison Lido is next to the hotel, between Via Dante and Via Milano.
Inside the Maison, the renovated rooms have balcony, TV, minibar, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, wi-fi.
In addition to the daily cleaning of the morning as the hotel rooms, the Maison’s rooms have one more service, they are cleaned in the afternoon to ensure even more cleanliness and comfort.
The solution inside the Maison allows you to make use of all hotel facilities and in addition you enjoy more space.
Most of the rooms in fact composed of two rooms with a bathroom completely renovated, inside of which can accommodate up to 6 people.
All hotel services are available to guests of the Maison: restaurant, pool, bicycles, children’s club etc ..
Within a few years La Maison Lido is transformed into a boutique hotel, our project is to create a special residence maintaining an intimate atmosphere.

*All-Inclusive Package: for weekly stays from 30/4 to 11/06 and from 03/09 to 30/09, the All Inclusive package is included in the full board rate.

The All Inclusive formula includes

- unlimited mineral water, house wine and soft drinks for kids during meals
- beach access and 1 parasol (from the 4th row onwards) and 2 sun loungers at Lido delle Sireno or Bagni Marcello
- private car park with shuttle service to and from the hotel
This package is available for a minimum of 7 nights from May to September
Discounts Half Board: € 3.00
Cash payments upon arrival for full stay get an extra 5% discount (for minimum stays of one week with Full Board) up to a maximum of Eur 999.00 Please indicate upon booking).
Extra costs

- Beach towel laundry service: € 5.00 per stay for daily change
- Parking lots along Hotel side € 10.00 per day (booking mandatory)

- Small size pets: € 50.00 per stay for final cleaning and sanitising service
- Grand Gala of Ferragosto (15th August Party): adults € 15.00 – children aged 2-10 € 5.00 – children aged 11-14 € 10.00
Bedrooms and car parking facilities will be available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. To ensure a smooth service, please note that stays start with lunch and finish after breakfast. Meals not taken in the hotel will be replaced with a packed lunch; no refund applying.
Booking and cancellation
Bookings must be confirmed with down payment of € 150.00 per room to be paid by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation (within 15 days max. prior to expected date of arrival), you will not lose your down payment as you can use it against any stay in one of the 5 Tombarihotels by 31/12/2016. For cancellations under 15 days from expected date of arrival, down payments will not be refunded.
For early departure, a maximum charge of 3 nights will apply.
Terms of payment:
Cash payments for full stay upon arrival get 5% discount (for minimum stays of one week with Full Board) up to a max. of EUR 2999.00 (please state upon booking). Payment by Debit or Credit cards are accepted only for sums OVER 200 EUROS.
